Returns and Refunds Policy
At Industrial Printworks we take pride in the quality of our products. All items are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our standards.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will get back to you promptly.
Change of Mind We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to Lodge a Return To lodge a return please email us at info@industrialpw.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. Do not return items without contacting us first.
Shipping Policy
Dispatch Times All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Shipping Rates We charge a flat rate of $8.00 AUD per order for standard shipping Australia wide.
Carrier We ship all orders via Sendle. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your location. As a general guide: Metro areas: 2 to 5 business days Regional areas: 5 to 10 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Missing Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at info@industrialpw.com.au and we will follow up with Sendle on your behalf.

About Us Industrial Printworks is an Australian business that designs and manufactures 3D printed tool accessories. All products are made to order or from stock held in Australia.
Products All products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes and minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.
Compatibility Products listed as compatible with third party brands such as Milwaukee and Ryobi are independently designed and tested by Industrial Printworks. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to any third party brand. Brand names are referenced for compatibility purposes only.
Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Orders Once an order is placed and payment is received it is considered confirmed. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you promptly and arrange a full refund.
Liability Industrial Printworks products are designed as tool accessories and are intended for use by competent tradespeople. We are not liable for any damage, injury or loss arising from misuse or improper use of our products. Always follow safe work practices and manufacturer guidelines for your tools and equipment.
Privacy We collect your personal information for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
